I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and earned my BFA in Photography from Columbia College Chicago. My photographs tend to focus on vernacular subjects that are commonly overlooked, with the intention of inspiring my viewers to become more observant and appreciative of their own surroundings. As of October 2011, I'm geographically in transition - my husband Greg and I are traveling through Europe and Morocco in an attempt to satisfy our wanderlust and expand our cultural horizons.
